REGISTERED MAIL
Your purchase is shipped via registered mail through PostNL, which will require a signature upon receipt of the item.
TRACKING INFORMATION
When your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number, to monitor the shipment progress. You can find this in the shipping notice and follow the proces via www.internationalparceltracking.com.
EU ORDERS
It usually takes around 7-12 days to ship to the EU and other Europe countries.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International mail takes around 7-21 days plus any time the package spends in customs for US, Canada, Australia and other countries.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. The value of the purchase will be accurately reflected on the customs declaration. The shipping charges that are charged cover registered shipping through PostNL. It doesn't cover any potential taxes, customs duty or VAT fees charges charged to you by your country. Any additional costs that may occur will be paid for by the buyer.
Please understand that I have no influence on the shipping time. This is done by PostNL.

Gift wrapping and packaging
Are you purchasing an item as a gift? I will happily ship straight to the giftee, as well as include a personal note as requested, just leave me the info in the note to seller box, during checkout and make sure that the address of the giftee is added during checkout.

Working with leather
All the Vank goods are made from natural hides, so slight inconsistencies and differences in the texture may be present. Don’t worry, these are not defects. They are completely natural and will only enhance the natural beauty of the product which gives your item the unique look.
